Its a shiney eevee I drew to advertise my happy Idea

Hiya friends and random deviants I had another idea of how to spread love and happyness XD
I am one of the people who owns an Action Reply. Because of this I have access to cheats which I use ONLY once I've completed my pokemon games .

Compatable Games: Pokemon- SoulSilver, Platinum, Pearl and Diamond.

Ok so heres my idea You want pokemon? Any pokemon? I'll get it (I sadly do not have a code for knoched eared pichu) I'll do my very best to get it for you
The pokemon can also be given an item of your choice and will possibly know moves normally impossible to learn
